You may know what a Web locator is, you type in a zip code and find nearby locations. But a telephone locator is a bit different and VERY easy to use. Let’s say that one of your customers knows that you have several locations but is in the habit of visiting the same location over and over. One night the customer is out with friends and says “Wow do know where there are any X stores around here?” Nope, they answer. So the customer dials your easy to remember 800 number and bang not only does the locator system tell them where the nearby location is but it even will send a text message with your address and hours if they are calling from a cell phone.
The Touch-Map® Telephone locator will locate based on the caller phone number. A caller can get a nearby location without touching his or her telephone! We automatically detect where the phone number is located and give them the nearby location. If they don’t like the location they can override the automatic feature and enter any area code and prefix that they like.
There are a number of good reasons. 1. If you do print or broadcast advertising you can simply give one toll free number to find the location near the caller. That means you don’t need as much ad space and you can spend your time or space to the important advertising points. 2. A single toll free number gives callers the answers they need with NO hassle and it saves your employees time since customers are not calling your local numbers to ask for operating hours. 3. Once customers call the 800 number the will remember the ease of operation and be more loyal to your brand. 4. Studies have shown that 3 out of 4 people who phone a business’s locator system do indeed VISIT the location.
WHAT IS THIS GPS YOU TALK ABOUT?
Many people today have GPS or Nav (navigation) systems in their automobiles. Your locator system can offer callers the GPS data to enter into these systems. Then the caller’s nav system will guide them from where they are right to the front door of your location. There is NO extra charge for this service but you must provide the locations longitude and latitude information.
The only one we share data with are the callers to your system or visitors to your web locator. We DO NOT share ANY of your company information with anyone outside of our company.
No, there are no hidden charges at all. The rates you find on this web site are the only items that you will be charged for. If you would like to customize your locator in some unusual way there could be custom programming charges and if you pay invoices late there is a very small late fee.

IF I SHRINK OR GROW WILL IT CHANGE MY RATE?
If you are eligible for level 1 (less than 100 locations) that rate will not change until you pass 100 locations. The same is true for level 2 (less than 200 but more than 100). As long as your number of locations (we call them targets) stays in the “window” your rate will remain the same.
How does next week sound? If you pay your first month’s service online your new telephone locator will be up and online within seven business days. We will email and call you to let you know it is ready to go. Your web locator will be up before February 1st 2008 (a short time from now).
You can send us your location data in any number of formats and in a number of ways. Many of our clients use Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel to keep and send data. You simply do an export of your data file and send it:

We only ask that you give us a thirty day written notice and that you do not have a past due balance. That's it. No strings. Please send us notice via snail mail or via Email. We will acknowledge your cancellation at once.
See the data choices above, but be sure you send the entire file. For example if you have 30 locations in the first file you send and two are dropped and five are added simply send us the ENTIRE file again. We have developed software that compares the new file to the last one and decides what is added and what should be deleted. You use an ordinary browser and simply go to Data.TouchMap.net (no www) to send us your data.

WHAT KIND OF REPORTS TO YOU PROVIDE?
Touch-Map Telephone service provides you a detailed report of all calls that came into your system. The report is in the form of a PDF file and is located at a special location at our web site. When you are a client you will be provided with a password to access this area. There you will find each month billing and call data.
Very simple: We bill you for your base fees a month in advance. These include the flat fee for the telephone package and Internet locator. Charges for calls to your telephone locator beyond the number included in your monthly package are billed at the end of each month at only .12 each. ALL invoices are due by the last day of the month in which they were billed.
IS IT TRUE YOU HAVE NO AGREEMENTS TO SIGN?
Yes! There is NO contract, no agreement to sign. If you are unhappy with Touch-Map services just cancel. Please see the cancellation requirements above.
